Journal of Science and Business Research
From the Editor
Hello Professional Friend,
Once again, let me welcome you to the Journal of Science and Business Research. As always, if you are a first time visitor, we hope that you will find the Journal to be both interesting and informative. And if you are coming back, please make the Journal a regular stop in your professional reading, and perhaps your publishing home.
In this issue we feature three thought-provoking and important articles. Regardless of your professional bent, you will surely find challenging material.
Of particular importance to professional people in today's job market is an extremely informative piece by Arthur Smith, a professional executive recruiter, giving sage advice to anyone who is either in career transition, or is preparing to look for their first position. Arthur publishes frequently in a number of venues and we are fortunate to feature him here.
The concept of "Diversity" is becoming more widely discussed in a broad range of industries. We are pleased to feature an important paper concerning the motion picture industry, as it deals with changing attitudes toward stereotypes of Native American Indians, by Heather Miller, herself a Native American.
And finally, this issue features an exhaustive piece of original research concerning the growth of human hair. In it, Singollo Sindafin demonstrates the changing growth patterns of human hair, and challenges some and confirms other beliefs on a number of hair-growth-related issues.
The Journal is designed to be both open and inviting, while adhering to the same high standards as single-discipline juried journals. As always, if we can assist you in the publication of your professional work, we hope you won't hesitate to allow us to be of service.
Sincerely,
Bob Plume, Editor
